Kittilitt prioritises cat welfare and actively supports cat charities across the UK, both locally and nationally.

There are approximately 11 million owned cats in the UK, with 26% of households owning a cat.

Of the UK cat population, 92% are owned, 2% are stray, 5% are feral, and just 0.2% are in shelters.

Around 250,000 unowned cats live in UK towns and cities, and approximately 300,000 non-pet cats reside on farms.

The UK has around 1,036 cat shelters, with over 150,000 cats entering them every year, hopefully finding their futures in loving and caring homes.
